Information you choose to provide

The contact form asks for your name, email address, project type, and message. The Talent & Crew roster asks for contact information, areas of interest, experience, and portfolio or reel links.

How the information is used

Contact information is used to review and respond to inquiries. Talent and crew information is used to consider people for possible future opportunities. A roster submission is not an application for a current job and does not guarantee work.

Email and website providers

The current forms prepare an email in your device's email application. You review and send that email through your own email provider. The website is hosted by a third-party infrastructure provider that may process standard technical request information needed to deliver the site.

Retention and requests

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was submitted or to meet applicable legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, email mat@motionarcstudios.com.

Changes

This notice should be updated if the website adds analytics, cookies, a new form-delivery provider, file uploads, or different uses for submitted information.
